Pros
Good product. Lots of flexibility. Customers appreciate the service. Patient interaction. TM comradery because everyone is dealing with the negatives. The feeling of solving problems by getting approval from intake. TMs were solid and committed to doing well by patients and customers.
Cons
Weak managment. Poor company culture. Never ending 2 week quota. Exceptions. Dealing with poorly trained and poorly supported intake specialists. Dealing with orders on weekends and while on vacation. If you're. It hitting your quota management sees you as expendable and you will only make your salary. The company culture from managment all the way up to the president is awful. There's no accountability above the TM role. Turnover is 40-60% for this reason. It's a 2-3 year gig at best depending on thegeography. Many don't make it beyond 18 months due to the constantly growing 2 week quota. As good as you think you are at selling, you eventually hit a wall. It's great money when you're exceeding quota, but it's not sustainable. When you can't hit the ever moving carrot, Managment deems you as the problem. Growth numbers for quota are one size fits all no matter how small a territory is. Everything at the company is about hitting or exceeding your number.
