Pros
ZOLL Medical has a strong portfolio of products and first in class with those products. A good deal of tenure in the organization, if you drink the Kool aid and don't make waves you can spend a long time with this company and be successful.
Cons
Sr. Leadership has been in place for over 15 years, and has total control over everything. Don't expect help from HR, decisions are made on a whim with little to no checks and balances in place.
