Pros
Company pays your gas, cellphone, tolls, food/drinks and snacks provided for educational in services. Jamie our big boss that over sees us works hard to give us hope and honestly I feel she’s on our side, but only so much she can do overseeing 218 employees. She truly gives me the emph to hang on a bit longer.
Cons
Your plate can handle so much! It’s overloaded on metrics. Makes it hard to bonus. Cost of living has gone way up and you are stuck at the same salary. You do a lot of work plus TM work they reap the benefits of higher checks. You accrue vacation coming up in 2022 and being in the sales field you still work while on vacation so you can keep up with your metrics just to get that extra pay yet your on vacation. It would be great if your TM would help you while on vacation as you do for them. It’s a great company to work for, but if you work in a high volume territory you literally put your blood, sweat, and tears into your job and value that paycheck. The last two years has been really high turnover as the company loses you lose in the hard work you put in due to revenue, exceptions that you do badly want closed and see your revenue number go up so you can bonus. Instead the ball gets dropped from one hand to another and all that hard work just went to the bottom or swept under the mat. It feels as if you worked for nothing at many times. . If you address the elephant in the room of how hard it’s been in your accounts and the feedback you get from your Dr.’s and NP’s who provide the company it’s business you are looked down as a negative nelly. I can on and on.
