Management positions all the way to the absolute top are held by aggressive types who fire people at will and have no empathy. Mentality is "do what I say, or else" ALWAYS. I was on a regional team of about 12 total positions and was the longest tenured at 5 years. Every single person I knew either quit or was fired. I had 5 managers in 5 years, multiple area directors and a brand new national director of sales with a horrible attitude.
