The manager to whom I reported was unethical, prompting me to file both a compliance report and a whistleblower report and leave the company. To be fair, the ZOLL Compliance department did follow up with me on two occasions after I resigned, and I gave a complete report, so hopefully the immediate compliance issues were fixed. (I was told that the issues were reported to ZOLL's Regulatory department, who would be responsible for this particular area of compliance.) However, as far as I can tell from LinkedIn, the unethical manager and another employee (who knew about the issues but did not file a compliance report) are still at the company. I refused to continue working for this unethical manager as I certainly could not trust that he would change his behavior in the future. I spent a lot of time and effort to obtain this position, only to have to leave shortly after hire due to someone else's dishonesty.
