Genuinely no cons, I've really enjoyed my experience with the company so far, which I feel is a testament to them considering all the other challenges being faced due to the pandemic

Zoo excels at providing flexible hours, remote work, good management, and efficient proprietary systems/platforms. I feel sufficiently supported when I work here. It's a nice place to work if you can land a job here.
Cons
Industry disruptions have caused uncertainty in its future and Zoo is, unfortunately, not immune from that.
Also, pay is not that great.
