Pros
Management is great - really supportive, clear communication, strive to give you the best working experience.
Very little stress - everyone works well and to a high standard, effortlessly. The teams are built with enough qualified people to handle the workload and with a separate testing team who are brilliant.
Benefits - benefits, including help paying for health services (dentist, therapy, gym), are actually useful and the company is constantly trying to build on the existing benefits too. They are also great at giving you time back, all overtime earned (which is rare unless you overwork yourself) can be taken off at a later date with ease.
Remote Working - I was a remote worker 100% of the time and faced no pressure to come into the office but it was made clear I was always welcome. Meetings were handled online for all employees so I never missed out or felt like a burden.
Equipment - Really high quality equipment provided. You can choose between Mac, Windows and Ubuntu.
Environment - Everyone loves their job and are really cheerful. When I joined multiple people reached out to provide support and help voluntarily.
Cons
Genuinely hard to think of any, only reason I left was because I was headhunted with a huge salary increase.
