some very smart kind people, some leaders worth following

Cons

no idea how to grow into larger company. large 'no whining' signs on HR office doors that people have to pass every day. 'meritocracy' = how much did you kiss up to the office managing principal significant bias towards people that start at zs and drink the koolaid. significant bias against people bringing fresh, new ideas to the table most principals are top down and you do what you're told - you are a overpaid glorified secretary.
