Pros
Compensation is adequate Evanston is a nice location
Cons
A very restrictive work environment that focuses on perceived productivity over actual results (8:30am -5:30pm office hours at a minimum, working remotely highly discouraged, antiquated review process and poor work-life balance are several examples). Culture is productivity driven and does little to promote respect between employees or encourage team cohesion. Poor companywide vision with different consultants and departments making decisions in silos instead of as a unified company vision. Consultants and upper management agree to client engagements without understanding what resources the company can provide.
