Pros
-Work culture and ethics ITS GREAT ! -Perks -People | SMART and YOUNG -Great learning curve -Positive environment -Salary hikes are above average ,overall good and best depending upon your project and colleagues ( I was working with a GREAT team) :) - The company is extremely professional and ethical - and last but not the least - ZS Parties and team dinners :)
Cons
- Work-life balance is below average | only SOMETIMES as I have experienced - Not at all good for graduates with prior experience as they are treated like freshers only - If you are an ODA then you are in the most underpaid track in ZS ( ~18k per month salary after you join as an ODA) - Do not join as an ODA if you have prior experience - Also, ODA's are restricted to complete AT LEAST 3 years to get promoted (remember the word AT LEAST 3 years, can get extended depending upon your performance) and this applies even if you have prior experience -Too much partiality between engineers and graduates -Graduates are clerks, (ODA's or SODA's ) no matter what your skills are, you will end up doing same work every week and day like cleaning and maintaining the data and QCing the reports all cyclical tasks - They don't want graduates to grow up and climb the ladder, hence they have designed the ODA track in such a way that majority of the ODA's will choose to live after spending approx. 1 to 2 years in ZS as their is no or very less chances of lateral growth within the track and even if you get promoted your salary will be similar to a 1-2 year old Engineer employee with Associate level
