Pros
Collegial and informal environment. Very bright and fun people. A lot of responsibility given early on. A lot of client exposure early on. Travel can be very limited.
Cons
Work structure and project staffing is chaotic. Work hours are unnecessarily long due to ineffective organization. Support functions such as HR and Finance/Accounting have not kept up with the tremendous growth of the company over the years.
