Pros

Good work-life balance if you're hourly. Events are hard work but you get overtime. Some people are really really great and dependable. Good benefits

Cons

Pay is terrible for the qualifications they expect. Many people who work here full-time with college degrees need part-time jobs as well. There is also a sense of a hierarchy. If you're at a coordinator level position, you're looked down on by many higher ups. If you need any accommodations at all, they will only give it to you begrudgingly, if you're not encouraged to leave first. Turnover rate suddenly got very high this year.

Pros

Traveling to new states, building time management and organizational skills, learning to confidently troubleshoot and adapting to unforeseen circumstances, the support from the organization as a whole, future doors will open for volunteering when you complete your year as an LC, Food travel and living is paid for by the company.

Cons

Accommodations are inconsistent and not always private. Work life balance is difficult. Not paid well considering the amount of work you are achieving. The paid food and living expenses does not even out the small paycheck. You are working 7 days a week and typically 60+ hours per week, but only get paid for 40 hours each week.
