      Ok benefits for craft persons. Better for management. 4-10 schedule Working Maintenance So No Rainouts Always have work on maintenance Would work there again if I had too

      No Raises for years No ladder of progression Poor Management Low Pay Rates Don’t always spread the Over time out. No rollover opportunities. Have to quit and come back to move around in the company

      Some other employees were friendly.

      Cons

      Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
