Pros

- Salary is always on time - Some people are very nice to work with - You learn a lot

Cons

- Nobody is treated equally - Even though the company promotes diversity and respecting differences - they are doing everything except that. There are different rules for everyone depending on who likes you and who doesn't. - Management often lies to people or twists the truth so things would run more smoothly. - There is A LOT of gossip behind everyone's back. Managers speak bad about directors, directors speak bad about managers... It goes in a circle. - They don't hire you to train you or make you grow - they hire you to squeeze all your time, energy, and will to live - there is NO work-life balance at all. - You often have to work on weekends.

Pros

The finance function is well-structured, and leadership genuinely recognizes performance and gives high-performers increased responsibility over time. For anyone serious about building a finance career in the medical/healthcare distribution sector, this is a solid platform. CEO Mr. Abdulrahman and CFO Mr. Youssef Affifi are among the best leaders I've worked with, alongside a strong, supportive finance team.

Cons

HR focus tends to center on Dubai. Other country offices deserve equal attention in training and career development.
