Challenging at times but pushes you to be better

The company keeps improving overtime, environmental and financial wise for employees overall and i really like the people around me they are all good people with great skills and reputation.

Sometimes good employees are recognized but they deserve better especially people who are in the company for over 2 years some are not compensated fair enough but are goven benefits to honest i just think they deserve higher titles. Vacations are unplanned and some employees lose theirs after two years because they can't take it due to load, this should be addressed to avoid employee burn out and improve life style and even gives employees time to study and improve if they plan to.
