      Pros

      In comparison to other top 5 Defense contractors, my medical benefits and 401k matching are very similar. My 401K plan is with Fidelity and my healthcare is under CareFirst which I love. Senior leadership is very approachable and treats employees like a family.

      The company hires very intelligent and highly skilled people. Very good benefits package. Very easy to reach someone in HR if necessary.
