Conflict of interest policies are unclear and applied in an inconsistent and disproportionate way. Employees are not given the chance to explain or resolve situations before drastic actions are taken. Culture prioritises risk avoidance over people, creating an environment of fear rather than trust. Little sense of job security, even for high performing employees.
