A supportive culture throughout the company is something we are working hard to foster at Zapp. However, we’re sorry to hear that your experience of the company culture wasn’t consistently positive. As with most companies, Zapp has gone through significant periods of change. We appreciate that this can create uncertainty, and affect morale in the short term. That’s why we always endeavour to be as transparent as possible with employees to minimise uncertainty, especially in a highly competitive and fast moving sector like quick commerce.
