Pros
1. Every team members are open to contribute in ideas and improvement of the product. 2. Regular team dinner and gathering. 3. Visiting School and leaving user experience is amazing.
Cons
1. Micro management from CEO and Engineering Manager (biggest drawback) 2. No reward (salary hike) and no yearly bonus even thought your performance is good. 3. For every fail sprint there will be diagnosis meeting but it end up in blaming game (by managers itself) 4. No appreciation, even you give your 100% efford. 5. Unrealistic deadline are set. Ultimately ends up not meeting it.
