1. Zealot have a very good talent pool of artists and programmers. 2. Company culture is great. Almost no politics. Hardly any tension between technical team and art team. 3. Closely knitted colleagues.

1. Pay isn't great (Taiwan pay scale since the parent company is from there) 2. If you don't speak Mandarin, you are lose out a lot. (unless you are in R&D team)

- Friendly team, no politics - Great if you want to work in Taiwan - Good opportunity to learn unsimplified Chinese (Might be a con)

- Recently let go its entire development division in Singapore - Upper management unfamiliar with game development, sets unrealistic targets - Working in Taiwan for long periods (Might be a pro?)
