Zebra really focuses on mental health and providing support to all of its emoloyees in every way weather with I & D groups or just a few days off company wide outside of PTO for employees to rest and recover.
Cons
I work remote and don’t get an opportunity to meet with my team as often as I would like. Not a con of Zebras.
