Zeelo has a very positive, enthusiastic, supportive and inclusive culture which makes coming to work enjoyable. Everyone is very open and happy to help with any queries. The company is committed to always doing better and everyone is committed to working together to achieve this. People are open to feedback, change and ongoing improvement which is a vast difference to working for a large, corporate organisation. I couldn't be happier with my choice to join Zeelo and I'm excited to support them in their continued growth.
Beyond this, they provide great snacks, host regular team socials and keep everyone in the business up to date with developments through monthly company-wide meetings and announcements. Zeelo uses internal technology effectively, ensuring all employees can do their best work, without any administrative challenges.
Zeelo operates a flat structure and everyone therefore feels like an equal, which means there is no fear of speaking to anybody, about anything.
Cons
As with all new or smaller companies. some processes are still being developed but being able to shape this and improve things is actually a massive bonus for me.
