      Work life balance is great Live Operations management is top notch Overtime Opportunities Great Team work Good Communication Positive Growth Fair Pay Feels like the OPs management care for us as humans not only workers

      Cons

      For US employees we get paid once a month which is difficult to navigate at first and would still love to not worry about once a month pay. Can be a bit micro management with certain leaders but this is far and few
