Pros
They have a discretionary funding benefit that employees may opt to take in which the company can give you one week's pay to go toward training of your choice as related to your work. Most people choose the extra week off instead. You receive an annual increase in pay on your anniversary date.
Cons
You do not receive holiday bonus or gift instead you are asked to choose a non profit selected by Zeiders to donate to. So they give money to organizations on your behalf. NO room for growth within the agency you either have to leave to go to government or leave to go to another agency.
