      I managed to get out

      I was made redundant by a zoom call mins before an announcement. For an HR provider they couldnt arrange my exit terms correctly and I had to tell them what I wad entitled to. Even the announcement to my colleagues was incorrect , insensitive and was based on no fact.

      A lot of flexibility if needed Good Benefits

      Salary is very secretive and is frowned upon if talked about Not a lot of progression Senoir management is too focused on keeping revenue and customer gained secretive than investing in staff that keeps the company running day to day Too frequently adding last minute/urgent projects at the end of product releases with very tight deadlines which would end up affecting testing quality
