People are friendly, motivated, and easy to work with. You get to work with lots of different teams who are all trying to solve interesting problems with cloud. It's a great opportunity to ramp up skills. The company is remote, which allows for flexibility on work location / schedule.

It's a growing company - day to day job responsibilities can flex, and sometimes there is not as much process and structure as their should be.

Working with closely with Google tech was a pro. Also, some of the contractors were nice.

There is an inner circle and clique. There are parts of the compensation structure that are simply not honored. Compensation is opaque. The CEO has a very childish and vengeful attitude, always badmouthing former colleagues and talking poorly about clients behind their back.
