      Pros

      Nothing good on this company. You will find everything bad.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies: 1. Salary late by 15-20 days 2 Ask to sign bond of 3 years. if you try to leave, they will blackmail 3. you have to give notice of 3 months but company can fire you without notice or salary 4. Sitting in a factory godown is better than this office. Employees have to pay even for tea 5. work like slave still no increment. they will say that you are not working properly

      Pros

      I have joined Zenga team an year back, great place work. Supporting team and boss, friendly environment , No politics. Best Company compare to others best in salary ,work time, Holidays , promotions , paper less work 70% work is easy full digital nice to work here

      Cons

      I don't find anything wrong with the management as it is a continuously improving and developing organization, it listen to the employees issue and problems and makes things flexible according to employees.

      Pros

      I have join this company in may 2020, When Covid-19 hit and the strict lockdown was imposed, things got difficult and we all know how a few companies laid off their employees but I get salary on time, Management team is great and supportive of employees, learning opportunity for technology. No Work pressure .

      Cons

      I don't find, need holidays for every Saturdays.
