Need to improve policies Our Policies and Procedures are Meeting our Needs. We think beyond traditional policies. Our most important policy is “We Care!” As of the implementation of lockdown in India (effective March 24, 2020) No salary deduction was done for our staff, No layoff were made. These are the most critical responsibilities of a good organization during these times of uncertainty.
