Pros

I don't see much positive here. Its a consultancy. I was interviewed for

Cons

Its a consultancy. I was interviewed 2-3 times over phone. They were not clear of the requirement. First I was told one role then other and finally I got a third role. Joining was directly with the client. I was called at their Slough office before joining to sign joining papers but to my surprise the papers were not ready and no in-person signature were required. I didn't understand the purpose of calling me. No promotion. In UK they basically try to employ the India female staff who are married and come to UK as a dependent. Employees are required to sign in and sign off in a Zensar Portal everyday. If the hours are less than 8 hrs, it used to be treated as half day. Ridiculous policy and procedures.

Pros

I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. The company truly embraces a remote-first mindset and offers great flexibility with scheduling, which I appreciated. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

Cons

I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.
