-Emphasis on training at beginning - Stipend for working from home during the pandemic to buy equipment and new laptops, headphones and docking station all provided -Free private healthcare -Flexible start times -I was lucky to have a good team leader that was approachable and happy to help
Cons
-Underpaid for the role -Unrealistic daily targets with no flexibility if something takes you longer which results in people not finishing on time in order to complete all the work -Constant feedback although can be constructive heavily outweighs the positive feedback which can be disheartening -Limited opportunity for progression and as the software is specific to the company hard to translate skills to other jobs -okay if your only planning on staying for a year as your first graduate job but wouldn’t stay any longer
