      Weekend off was the best thing

      Cons

      Unprofessional owner. Mixed messages the whole time. Having my employment terminated due to not attending a meeting while I was on paternity leave was the low point.

      Very supportive of work and personal issues. The Managing Director's door is always open for a chat. Nights out / Team building activities Laid-back environment. Good Training Progression.

      Professional, warm, fair and always available when needed! This is not only Vanessa the owner, but the whole team. Great environment to work in and amazing team to work with.
