      Pros

      There are some really great people that work here.

      Cons

      The management has really poisoned this company in my opinion. The mission started out great, but the execution has been done poorly and there is no real business plan. The direction of the company and its priorities change based on the whims of the C suite. There is an emphasis on finding the "right answer" instead of trusting real data. They also heavily "encourage" good reviews on here so I would take those with a grain of salt. Different teams are treated differently, but management is quick to blame and if you get on their bad side it makes life at work miserable for you. I never had the worst of it, but found it very difficult to watch some of my colleagues be treated so unfairly. I saw this company through a lot of changes over the years and I used to love working here. I tried to make it work, but I eventually took a pay cut to get out.

      Pros

      Strong team environment with everyone working towards the same goals. Unlike so many other places, the different departments here all work together and happily collaborate on projects. The management team is great about having an open-door policy and helping with any issues that come up.

      Cons

      There are a lot of things going on at once, so it might be difficult for people who aren't great at prioritizing their work or tracking multiple projects simultaneously.

      Pros

      They have a lot of snacks, and it is a homey like feeling throughout the office during the day and your coworkers are genuinely nice people that care about one another.

      Cons

      Management is spread too thin. You expect one person to be an expert on synthetic chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and all the other fields of science that go along with this company to run the show? There are people there way more advanced that could fill that role but in my mind these areas should be subdivided amongst the expert staff they have hired so that things are more clearly and locally communicated. Really if you ask anyone what they are working on, they have no clue what it's for or why they are doing it. Communication from the top down is dull because of this. There are no real set hard deadlines because you have no idea when your piece will be needed or tested or if anyone even cares what you're making anymore. Could use a managerial revamp throughout the company in my opinion.
