The owner/manager/god emperor micromanages every detail to an insane degree, paying employees as little as possible while demanding a completely unrealistic standard of work which he is unable to achieve himself. There is no sense of boundaries and you should be prepared to take phone calls on days off to be verbally berated, stay late to accommodate his family and friends for no extra pay. Constant harassment of staff and refusal to listen to any suggestions of improvement. If you mention politely that you don't want to be spoken to in such a rude and disrespectful manner, that request will inevitably fall on deaf ears.

Insane micro management that was constant and unnerving. Expectations of workload was unrealistic. Very stressful work environment. No proper lunch times. Minimum wage pay (over long period), promised more but never followed through.
