Ranges from Hybrid to full remote at times, schedule is quite flexible. Good work-life balance Great and helpful colleagues and team, both in character and professionalism. No office drama. Got a promotion after 1 year. They recognize hard work, effort and skill, will let you know and make you feel seen and appreciated. Personal development budget which you can use how you wish. Birthday and Christmas bonuses. Yearly and monthly performance bonuses that are easily achievable and you can get the highest almost every time (even with timeoffs). Or alternate between 1st & the 2nd if you're not that involved.
Cons
In a certain year the yearly bonuses weren't granted, the decision wasn't communicated in a timely manner, but rather in the last 1-2 weeks. It's a corporate job, but otherwise, I find few things to truly complain or be unsatisfied about.
