Founders have more experience of firing people for no reason than hiring people. This guy says I feel very bad when people take offer and don't join but same guy will ask his employees to resign without any justified reason, he actually deserves ppl who use his offer letter for further hikes. Don't trust them, they have a bootlicking culture and they fire employees for NO REASON, NO HINT nothing. If you value your career then better don't join them. Earlier they opened a fraud company then they moved to bigger fraud Zettabolt. They will suck your blood like anything but never reward you.This is a 2 year old startup with 25 employees and 7 fires in that time.
Cons
Nothing good. Don't trust them ever. Founders will talk big things about this startup, we are growing we have this, we have that...., same Abhishek Ranjan won't even hesitate for one's when he will ask you to forcefully resign. Don't join this company if you want to work with trustworthy and honest people. Illiterate people with 0 knowledge and bootlickers do survive here but not hardworking ones. Total dirty internal politics.
