Pros 1. Salary is on time every month. 2. Free food - Breakfast and evening snacks are served every day. Lunch is alternate. (After some time you will get bored of the same taste and same food) it's just eye-catching good to have.
Cons
Bonds!! beware this company has soft and hard bonds and many hidden terms and conditions on the offer letter. 1. For fresher they have 3 years of the bond. If resign within 3 years then you have to pay a hefty amount of bond value or else they will take legal action on you as they hold all your original documents. so get ready to go to court if you leave in between and cannot afford to pay. 2. For experience employees it is one year of soft bond which they will say you have to commit to work for 1 year and it is not a bond. But it's a lie and in reality, you have to pay 3 months of salary if you resign within 1 year. 3. 3 Month non-negotiable notice period!. Even if you are paying 3 months of salary and if you leave within a year you have to serve 3 months of notice periods. even if you get a better opportunity for your career they won't release you early. The HR team is not there to help employees but to put new useless restrictions on them. Remember notice period is of 3 months, not 90 days so if months are long (eg. 31days) it will also count. Cant take leaves on notice period. 4. Bonus in CTC called as CPB which is added when you join the company and on appraisal, it is littery a scam with a lot of terms and condition to it For a single CPB bonus, you have to stay for 1 year and 6 months. Yes !! you will get your current CPB bonus after staying for a year. and after you get your CPB you have to stay for another 6 months to keep it. And then if you leave between 6 months you have to return your bonus. 5. Read point 1 and 2 for resignation when you are under soft and hard bonds. As for resignation within the 3 months after appraisal then your increment is reversed and you have to return the incremented amount to the company. 6. Long Sitting Hours and no OT for those hours no separation and work and personal life. Alternate Saturdays are working. Get ready to work extra before every release and after a release of new features. 5. Office is located at the sweet spot at first you will not be able to find it as no boards or signs are mentioned it is a ZI Systech. It is very compact and overcrowded as per the employee count feels like a large treehouse. 6. Hours are not flexible at all. only flexible for when they require to make you sit and work extra not when you come late. 7. Management at the upper level is bad at making decisions and organizing. As for the Development process even after approval of the timeline for work, it can be shortened in middle depending on the mood of top-level management.
