      After sometime you won't find any.

      Cons

      Mislead fresher students and lure them to sign unethical bond Treat you like your slave. No respect towards employees who work for them. Can go to any extend to harass you. If you want to leave, they will go to any extend to make things worse for you and threaten you. Top management are who recognize them as "professionals" are the most unprofessional and unethical people you will ever meet.

      Pros

      Good Scope in this field even though there is a bond, there is good increment every year.

      Cons

      Bad management skills, they hired me and didn't give any joining dates for 6 months aftar my college was over. I asked them but they said we will tell you later. No professional communication. After 6 months they asked if I am free now, I wasn't so I rejected their offer
