Pros

Currently, as an intern on the Frontend team at Zignuts Technolab, I’m having a very positive and rewarding experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and integrated into the team. During my internship, I had the opportunity to learn a lot and work on real-world projects that helped me strengthen my frontend development skills. Now, as part of the job, I continue to grow professionally thanks to the supportive and collaborative team environment. Everyone is approachable and always willing to help, answer questions, and offer guidance. My mentors, in particular, have been instrumental in providing valuable feedback and helping me develop in my role. Zignuts Technolab also has an excellent company culture. Even as an intern, I felt valued and appreciated for my contributions. Overall, my time at Zignuts Technolab has been extremely positive, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to learn, grow, and work on meaningful projects.

Pros

Flexible start time is offered, but there is no defined end time. Employees are often expected to work beyond regular hours.

Cons

My experience at this company was very negative. The work culture is extremely high pressure with unrealistic deadlines. Mistakes, even minor ones, are handled harshly and employees are often humiliated publicly. This creates a stressful and fearful environment on a daily basis. There is excessive micromanagement. Employees must submit detailed daily reports and track every minute of work. Multiple monitoring tools are installed, leaving no personal space. It feels like constant surveillance rather than a healthy workplace. Another major concern is the agreement policy. The company takes original documents. Based on my experience, never submit original documents. It is strongly recommended to speak with current employees before joining and think carefully, as there are many better companies with healthier cultures. They often hire interns first, mainly students. I strongly advise students and freshers to think carefully before joining and do proper verification with current employees.
