Good benefits overall but zero long-term vision. The company goes from one restructuring into another, completely driven by the quarterly results which the leadership team cannot predict or control. The CEO's statement about people & culture is a complete joke. Just be honest: it's about quarterly financial results and that's it. The rest is window dressing on a company website.
