      Pros

      Extensive training, comprehensive benefits, salary, commission and bonus structure. Car allowance and mileage re-imbursement. I'm lucky enough to work for a seasoned regional manager who doesn't believe in micromanaging and trusts his team.

      Cons

      Incredibly extensive product lines that used to compete with each other. But if you see that as a con maybe you shouldn't be in sales.
