Pros

The people. Working in medical devices is honorable and interesting. Zimmer is a large Fortune 500 company with offices all over the world. There are excellent chances to get "global experience" there.

Cons

The projects that I worked on went at a suicide pace with major risk. As a result, global systems became unstable.

No promotion. It takes lot of time to climb up the ladder.

Excessively Bureocratic; teams exists solely to slow others down and have authority without any responsibility
