People are nice and are willing to help. Good stepping stone.
Cons
Poor tools, manual processes beyond belief, lack of project management and resource constraints, most people are not engaged, short term decision making to the detriment of long term health, very reactive in nature, lack of planning, very beureaucratic, does not walk the talk, wasteful (killing trees with wasteful paper reports), poor IT capabilities, and on and on
