      Set hours, competitive pay, overtime available on a regular basis, people made permanent regularly which has added perks, get to work with some great people.

      No obvious ones stand out to me

      Constantly looking to innovate and not rely on past success. Growth opportunities. Willing to take risks and fail in order to eventually strike gold

      Cons

      Excessively Bureocratic; teams exists solely to slow others down and have authority without any responsibility
