Pros
*Great colleagues both within the team and other teams - very rare someone does not do their upmost to support. * Good benefits - Love the lunch card! Healthcare, life insurance etc. all good ... Linkedin learning is great - if only we had the time within work hours to make use of it.... * The HR team are very supportive and approachable * Interesting role where I feel supported yet encouraged to bring in new ideas and methods to improve how things are done. * I feel my opinion matters despite being relatively new.
Cons
*Career development - I feel this placed too much on the employee, I have not had a real conversation regarding my options for development so to make progress either create opportunities for yourself in your time or stagnate. * Within my team I fell there is too much focus on the negatives - more should be done to ensure colleagues feel efforts recognized and appreciated. * Some departments had significant cuts last year- this impacts team morale & ability to support other departments, as expected to do more with less...
