Can work remotely with flexible hours.

The newly appointed Projects & Infrastructure GM introduced a toxic culture within the company. His management style was often perceived as bullying, and it is surprising that his behaviour has not been formally addressed. Several employees felt pressured to resign, seemingly to make way for his preferred hires. There was also a persistent blame culture without clear justification.

Great team environment. Enjoyed the role and connecting with different departments and collaborating on their training needs for projects.

Wasn’t much potential for me to grow in the role.
