We do hybrid work, with 2 days in the office, which is ideal for most, but I would prefer to be fully remote.

Quite frankly there are no pros when it comes to Zing

If contacted by them be careful. I had a position offered to me by them and they did not want to provide me with any details or an offer letter until my first day of work. I finally told them that I would not provide any personal details to begin the onboarding process without an offer letter. They then provided me a 4 sentence offer letter, withholding any of the details that I asked for.
