Greatest Job Ever!! - Account Executive Zintel PR Employee Review

Full-time work from home, great pay and insurance, and the boss truly cares so much about his team. I have worked here for almost a year and every week he sets aside time with each of his team members to help them or listen to their needs and provide feedback while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude every time. He is the first boss I've ever had not micromanage and I've truly been at my happiest at this place and have no intentions of leaving!

Zintel PR is a cool place to start your public relations career. You will learn the basics of what you need to know in PR. The manager is always trying to make the place a better place to work at. He is always thinking of new ideas for the team to bond. You can tell he wants you and the team to be the best at what you do, and is always willing to help out in any way he knows how. Things are relaxed and flexible, they understand when you have things like doctors' appointments or car troubles. Overall, they are striving to make ZPR a better place to work at. They know they have a lot of growing to do but are willing to make the changes that are needed to make it a great place for you. Pay is fair for entry-level, unlike some agencies who will try to lowball you.

Inconsistency sometimes. Technology B2B PR isn't the most exciting thing to do but that isn't the agency's fault, just the industry itself. No benefits except PTO. Sometimes you feel very micromanaged.
