      Management chases new shiny things and don’t stay the course developing people. Carrot moves frequently and lots of clique behavior. Sales requirements are not realistic. High turnover over rate like hire 12 keep 1

      Amazing WLB, fully remote, and great CEO who cares about the people, the product, and the customers. The company is all about AI which is great

      There have been some layoffs which increased the load of work on top of the AI productivity boost.
