If you happen to discuss your potential growth, management will make sure you know your place ‘Don’t run before you can crawl’ Very less pay more work mentality. Salaries are not in the slightest close to competitive. Non existent HR department. Very poor management structure. Poor handling of redundancies. Terrible work life balance.
