The reality of working at Zithara is far from positive. The CEOs are nothing short of terrible. They communicate rudely, demand unreasonable hours, and show no regard for their employees' well-being. Despite already working 10-12 hours a day, there were instances where we were coerced to stay until the wee hours of the morning (around 2AM), with no consideration for our personal lives or health. Promises made by the management are as good as hot air. We were assured that meeting deadlines would grant us autonomy over our schedules, only to have those promises broken time and time again. And don't even think about taking a day off, even for a family emergency. When I informed HR about a major accident involving a family member, I was scolded for not contacting the CEO directly. Apparently, that's the company's idea of professionalism. Threats of termination loomed over us constantly, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and anxiety. Even after pouring our hearts and souls into projects, our efforts were dismissed, and we were summarily let go without explanation. The working conditions at Zithara are abysmal. The office is unhygienic, infested with pests(rats), and lacking basic amenities like a properly maintained restroom. AC remotes are hoarded by the management, leaving employees to suffer in sweltering heat. The company's expectations are not just unrealistic—they're downright absurd. Tasks change on a whim, deadlines are arbitrarily moved up, and any semblance of organization is nonexistent. It's a chaotic mess that no sane person should endure. And let's not forget the blatant disregard for work-life balance. Weekends are not sacred; they're just another opportunity for the CEOs to bombard you with messages and assignments. Taking a sick day? Forget about it. You'll still be expected to work as if nothing's wrong. The lack of leadership is staggering. Hierarchy is a foreign concept, with employees shuffled around like pawns at the whim of clueless management. The recent addition of a new team lead only added to the confusion, as he spent more time pontificating on philosophy than actually leading.
